摘要
利用人造石边角料作为骨料,与白色硅酸盐水泥和助剂等混合后经真空振动成型,制备一种新型无机人造石建筑装饰材料。该无机人造石质地坚硬、结构致密,具有优异的耐磨、耐高温等性能,符合T/CSBZ 009—2019《无机型人造石(压板法)工艺技术规范》要求。介绍了该新型无机人造石产品的生产工艺,并针对无机人造石生产过程中出现的问题提出了解决方案。
The new inorganic artificial stone was a building decoration material that made full use of artificial stone scrap as aggregates,mixed with white Portland cement and additives,and then vacuum-pressed.The new inorganic artificial stone is hard and compact,so it has excellent wear resistance and high temperature resistance,meeting the requirements of T/CSBZ 009-2019"Technical specifications for inorganic artificial stone by pressing plate method".The production process of this new type of inorganic artificial stone is introduced and the solutions to the problems in the production process of inorganic artificial stone are proposed.
