摘要
不断提高党的建设质量是党的十九大提出的重大课题,是高校基层党建工作的重要任务。当前,高校基层党建上存在质量意识理念缺位、目标与规划模糊、目标和计划不明确、工作运行不规范、工作方法创新不足等问题。以福建艺术职业学院为例,提出将PDCA循环理论运用到高校基层党建当中,建立适用于党建质量提升的PDCA循环运行机制,不断提高基层党建工作科学化、规范化、精细化水平,从而提高高校基层党的建设质量。
Continuously improving the quality of Party building is a major issue put forward by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and an important task of grass-roots party building in Colleges and universities.At present,there are some problems in the grass-roots party construction in colleges and universities,such as the lack of quality awareness,vague goals and plans,clear goals and plans,nonstandard work operation,and insufficient innovation of work methods.Taking Fujian Vocational College of arts as an example,propose to apply the PDCA cycle theory to the grass-roots party construction in colleges and universities,establish the PDCA cycle operation mechanism suitable for the improvement of the quality of Party construction,and constantly improve the scientific,standardized and refined level of grass-roots party construction,so as to improve the quality of grass-roots party construction in Colleges and universities.
