摘要
目的:观察马勃膏剂治疗混合痔的临床疗效并探讨其作用机理。方法:将诊断为混合痔Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者143例,随机分为治疗组72例和对照组71例,治疗组予马勃膏剂治疗,对照组九华膏治疗。随访观察10 d,比较两组疗效。结果:①痔核黏膜评价:疗程结束后,马勃膏剂组在改善痔核充血、水肿、出血症状方面明显优于九华膏对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;②肛门下坠、疼痛、瘙痒、潮湿单项疗效评价:治疗组和对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);③总体疗效评价:治疗组治愈率、显效率、有效率分别为12.50%(9/72)、31.94%(23/72)、50.00%(36/72),对照组治愈率、显效率、有效率分别为11.27%(8/71)、30.99%(22/71)、53.52%(38/71),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:马勃膏剂可明显缓解混合痔的临床症状。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Mabo Ointment in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids and to explore its action mechanism.Methods:143 patients with mixed hemorrhoids of stageⅠandⅡwere randomly divided into the treatment group(n=72)and the control group(n=71).The treatment group was treated with Mabo Ointment and the control group was treated with Jiuhua Ointment.The patients were followed up for 10 days,and the curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results:In terms of hemorrhoid mucosa evaluation,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving hemorrhoid congestion,edema and bleeding at the end of the treatment(P<0.05).In terms of the symptoms evaluation,there were no statistical differences in anal fall,anal pain,anal itch and anal damp between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).In terms of the overall efficacy evaluation,the cure rate was 12.50%(9/72),the marked effective rate was 31.94%(23/72)and the effective rate was 50.00%(36/72)in the treatment group,which had no significant differences compared to 11.27%(8/71),30.99%(22/71)and 53.52%(38/71)in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mabo Ointment can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of mixed hemorrhoids.
