无铅钙钛矿的探索性研究

摘要 首先对钙钛矿的性质及应用进行了概述,并且对钙钛矿电池的原理和钙钛矿薄膜的制备进行了简要介绍。详细分析了国内外近年对无铅钙钛矿的研究进展,着重分析了使用锡元素和铋元素替代铅元素作为太阳能电池,也简单介绍了诸如二价过渡金属、ⅡA族元素、四价阳离子替代铅元素的研究进展,并对这些替代的元素进行分析,指出优点和不足。最后提出锡元素的低成本和高稳定性在无铅钙钛矿研究和应用生产中有较大的发展前景。 The properties and applications of perovskite are summarized firstly.The principle of perovskite battery and the preparation of perovskite film are briefly introduced.The research progress of lead-free perovskite is analyzed in detail at home and abroad in recent years.The replacement of lead with tin and bismuth as solar cells.The research progress of substitution of lead by divalent transition metals,ⅡA group elements and tetravalent cations is also briefly introduced,and these alternative elements are analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages are pointed out.Finally,it is pointed out that the low cost and high stability of tin have great development prospects in the research and application of lead-free perovskite.
