摘要 “食品安全评价”是一门自然科学类通识课程,可帮助学生开拓科学视野、增强责任意识、提升生活质量。食品安全评价作为一门交叉学科,涵盖毒理学、微生物学、化学、管理学、法学、环境学、营养卫生学等学科,涉及知识面广、综合性强。基于课程教育理念和培养目标,根据科学合理的授课大纲,采用注重新颖性和互动性的授课方式,结合高效的教学方法,建立完善的课程考评办法,对“食品安全评价”教学新模式进行了有益的探索。 Food Safety Evaluation is a general course of natural science in our university,which can help students broaden their scientific vision,enhance their sense of responsibility and improve their quality of life.As an interdisciplinary subject,food safety evaluation covers the knowledge of toxicology,microbiology,chemistry,management,law,environmental science,nutrition and hygiene,involving a wide range of knowledge and strong comprehensiveness.In this paper,by clarifying the educational concept and training objectives of the course,according to the scientific and reasonable teaching syllabus,adopting the teaching method focusing on novelty and interaction,combining with efficient teaching methods,establishing a perfect course evaluation method,the new teaching mode of Food Safety Evaluation was explored.
