摘要
传统教育环境中,教育界一直存在“五唯”的评价指标,“分数”在中小学教育体系中形成了评价学生优劣的唯一指标。长此以往,严重影响着中小学生的心理健康发展,甚至教师的心理健康发展也受到了严重的限制。为改善上述问题,根据《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》的要求,采用强化过程性评价,探索增值评价的方式,从而完善教育评价体系。所谓增值评价,就是探究在学生学习过程中的增量值,即增加的价值来判定学生的进步幅度。根据学生一段时间的学习进步情况来评价学校和教师的绩效。这个增量是弱化“人比人”的横向对比,进行“我比我”的纵向对比的。即根据学生自身的“昨天”和“今天”进行对比。从而发现其增加的价值。该文进行增值评价方式的创新研究,探究如何利用增值评价的方式,促进学生的发展。从增值学生学业成绩和增值学生能力两个角度进行研究。并最终总结了在学校教育过程中使用增值评价的意义。
In the traditional educational environment,there has always been"five only"evaluation index in the educational field,and"score"has formed the only index to evaluate the student's merits and demerits in the primary and secondary education system.In the long run,it seriously affects the mental health development of primary and middle school students,and even the mental health development of teachers is seriously restricted.In order to improve the above problems,according to the requirements of"deepening the General Program of Educational Evaluation Reform in the New era",we should strengthen the process evaluation,explore the way of value-added evaluation,and improve the educational evaluation system.The so-called value-added evaluation is to explore the incremental value in the process of student's learning,that is,to determine the extent of student's progress.Evaluate the performance of schools and teachers according to student's learning progress for a period of time.This increment weakens the horizontal comparison of"classmate than classmate"and makes the vertical comparison of"I than me".That is,according to the student's own"yesterday"and"today"to compare.thereby discovering it's added value.This paper carries on the innovation research of the value-added evaluation method,explores how to use the value-added evaluation method to promote the student's development.This paper studies the academic achievement of value-added students and the ability of value-added students.and finally summarizes the significance of using value-added evaluation in the process of school education.
