定量CT对不同性别、年龄人群血尿酸与腰椎骨密度的临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究定量CT(QCT)对不同性别、年龄人群血尿酸(SUA)与腰椎骨密度(BMD)的相关性。方法:此文随机取体检者80例为观察对象,均于2019年1月—2020年4月期间入佛山市三水区人民医院接受腰椎QCT,以QCT对体检者进行腰椎BMD测量,根据骨质疏松的QCT诊断标准将体检者分为骨质疏松组、骨量减少组、正常骨量组,分析不同性别人群血尿酸水平与腰椎BMD的相关性。结果:腰椎BMD水平:男性群体中,高尿酸组略高于正常血尿酸组,差异不明显(P>0.05);女性群体中,高尿酸组较正常血尿酸组第,差异明显(P<0.01)。血尿酸与骨量关系:男性群体中,血尿酸水平随着骨量的减少而上升,其血尿酸水平按正常骨量组、骨量减少组、骨质疏松组的顺序逐渐升高,差异不明显(P>0.05);女性群体中,血尿酸水平随骨量减少而上升,其血尿酸水平按正常骨量组、骨量减少组、骨质疏松组的顺序逐渐升高,差异明显(P<0.01)。相关性分析:男性群体中,腰椎BMD与血尿酸水平相关性不明显(P>0.05),与年龄为负相关关系(P<0.01);女性群体中,腰椎BMD与血尿酸水平、年龄均为负相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:女性群体血尿酸水平与腰椎BMD为负相关关系,血尿酸升高会导致腰椎BMD降低。在男性群体中,尚未发现血尿酸水平与其腰椎BMD的关系,这可能与此次研究所纳入的样本数量较少有关,对于男性群体血尿酸水平与腰椎BMD的关系仍需纳入大量样本展开研究。 Objective:To explore the correlation between serum uric acid(SUA)and lumbar bone mineral density(BMD)by quantitative CT(QCT).Methods:80 cases of physical examinees were randomly selected as the observation objects.They were all admitted to the hospital for lumbar QCT from January 2019 to April 2020.The subjects were divided into osteoporosis group,osteopenia group and normal bone mass group according to the QCT diagnostic criteria of osteoporosis.The correlation between serum uric acid level and lumbar BMD was analyzed.Results:Lumbar BMD level:In male group,high uric acid group was slightly higher than normal blood uric acid group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In female group,high uric acid group was higher than normal blood uric acid group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The relationship between serum uric acid and bone mass:In male group,the serum uric acid level increased with the decrease of bone mass,and the blood uric acid level gradually increased in the order of normal bone mass group,bone mass reduction group and osteoporosis group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In female group,the blood uric acid level increased with bone loss,and the blood uric acid level gradually increased in the order of the normal bone mass group,the bone loss group,and the osteoporosis group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Correlation analysis:In male group,lumbar BMD was not significantly correlated with serum uric acid level(P>0.05),but negatively correlated with age(P<0.01).In female group,lumbar BMD was negatively correlated with serum uric acid level and age(P<0.01).Conclusion:There is a negative correlation between serum uric acid level and lumbar BMD in female population.The increase of serum uric acid will lead to the decrease of lumbar BMD.In male population,the relationship between serum uric acid level and lumbar BMD has not been found,which may be related to the small number of samples included in this study.For the relatio
