某输气管道盾构分体始发沉井施工技术

摘要 沉井施工工艺已经比较成熟,但在小盾构分体始发中的沉井施工还比较罕见。结合某输气管道越江工程始发沉井施工,介绍了在盾构分体始发中的沉井施工工艺,主要包括沉井的下沉计算、下沉施工流程、沉井纠偏方案、沉井封底技术以及反力架设计。目前盾构分体始发已顺利完成,为同类工程的施工提供了可借鉴的经验和依据。 The construction technology of caisson is relatively mature,but the caisson construction at the beginning of small shield splitting is still relatively rare.Combined with the construction of caisson at the beginning of a gas pipeline crossing river project,this paper introduces the construction technology of caisson at the beginning of shield splitting,including the calculation of caisson subsidence,the construction process of caisson subsidence,the scheme of caisson deviation correction,the bottom sealing technology of caisson and the design of reaction frame.At present,the initial construction of shield tunneling has been successfully completed,which provides reference experience and basis for the construction of similar projects.
