摘要
针对研究生科研创新能力缺乏的现状问题,查阅相关文献,总结并分析了当前各大高校研究生培养模式和教学方法改革现状和趋势。以现状分析为基础,本文提出了以学校为基础、导师为引导、充分发挥研究生主体作用的三者联动式研究生创新能力培养理念,以适应新时代的创新人才培养要求。根据新的培养理念,对相关的具体培养机制与方法进行了初步地实践与探索。本文的研究将对我校研究生培养具有实践指导作用,同时为其他各大高校研究生培养提供参考。
Due to the lack of innovation ability of postgraduate students,the trained modes and educated methods for the postgraduate students in different universities were concluded and analyzed through collecting literatures.Further,based on the current educating modes,a three-aspects-linked educated method for improving the postgraduate innovation ability was developed to adapt the personnel requirements in the new times.In this method,the postgraduate students are treated as the independent entity,and guided by tutors and based on university.Finally,a preliminary practice and exploration were conducted on the specific educating mechanism and methods for postgraduate students based on the new concept.This study would provide practical guidance in the cultivation of postgraduate students in our university and also provide references for other universities.
