摘要
为了验证有限元法在弹塑性范围内对过盈联接进行应力分析所得结果比理论计算结果更准确,本文分别利用有限元法和理论算法对不同过盈量的过盈联接进行应力分析,其中理论算法经过推导可用于两种不同材料的过盈联接。通过比较二者的计算结果可以发现有限元法得到结果更符合实际情况。
Certification of finite element method for the elasto-plastic stress analysis of press-fit connections gives more complete and accurate results than the analytical method.In this research,stress analyses of press-fit connections for different interference values were implemented by analytical method and finite element method.The analytical method was extended to valid for two different materials.It can be found that the finite element results were consistent with practical situation by comparing finite element results with analytical results.
