摘要
采用中红外(MIR)光谱(包括一维MIR光谱和二阶导数MIR光谱)开展了芝麻油的结构研究。实验结果发现:芝麻油的红外吸收模式主要包括νasCH_(3)-芝麻油、νsCH_(3)-芝麻油、νASCH_(2)-芝麻油、νsCH_(2)-芝麻油、νC=O-芝麻油、ν酰胺-Ⅰ-芝麻油、δCH_(2)-芝麻油、δasCH_(2)-芝麻油、δsCH_(3)-芝麻油、νC-O-芝麻油和ρCH_(2)-芝麻油。本项研究拓展了MIR光谱光谱技术在重要农产品(芝麻油)结构鉴别的研究范围。
The structure of sesame oil was studied by mid-infrared(MIR)spectroscopy(including one-dimensional MIR spectrum and second derivative MIR spectrum).The experiment results show that the infrared absorption mode of sesame oil includedνasCH_(3)-sesame oil,νsCH_(2)-sesame oil,νasCH_(2)-sesame oil,νsCH_(2)-sesame oil,νC=O-sesame oil,νamide-Ⅰ-sesame oil,δCH_(2)-sesame oil,δasCH_(3)-sesame oil,δsCH_(3)-sesame oil,νC-O-sesame oil andρCH_(2)-sesame oil.This study expands the research scope of MIR spectroscopy in the structural identification of important agricultural products(sesame oil).
