摘要
用LMH细胞扩繁I群禽腺病毒血清4型(FAd V-4)并通过口服途径感染24周龄SPF公鸡,心脏无菌采血制备鸡抗FAdV-4血清。通过ELISA、AGP、IFA和HI等方法检测血清,结果未见其他禽类常见病毒抗体。该血清用于间接免疫荧光检测FAd V-4,染色效果较好,测定FAID50敏感性高。试验结果表明,该批血清2000倍稀释可以作为一抗用于FAd V-4毒价检测。
The 24 weeks old SPF chickens were immunized with FADV-4 amplified using LMH cells by Oral route.Chicken anti-FADV-4 serum was prepared by cardiac sterile blood collection.The collected chicken antisera were free of 13 kinds of foreign antibody by ELISA,IFA,AGP or HI.Using the serum to detect FADV-4 by IFA,the staining effect was excellent,and the FAID50 was sensitive.The studies showed that the polyclonal antibody diluted 2000 times can be used as primary antibody in IFA to detected FADV-4.
