摘要
缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)是一种由缺血缺氧反应产生的核转录因子,由α亚基和β亚基组成,其中HIF-1α作为其主要调节的亚基,在生理或应激状态下,通过细胞保护、血管生成和代谢调节等途径发挥心肌保护作用。在缺血性心力衰竭的发生发展过程中,HIF-1α可通过调控氧传递、促进侧支循环形成、增强缺氧组织存活、缩小梗死范围以及提高缺血预适应能力等作用机制改善疾病预后,HIF-1α在缺血性心力衰竭中的应用价值逐渐受到重视,其作为疾病进展或临床预后的评价指标,在缺血性心力衰竭中有着非常重要的意义。
Hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1) is a nuclear transcription factor mediated by hypoxic ischemia response.It is composed of α subunit and β subunit, of which HIF-1α is the main regulatory subunit.In physical or stress state, HIF-1α plays an important role in myocardial protection mainly by cytoprotection, angiogenesis, and metabolic regulation.In the progression of ischemic heart failure, HIF-1α can improve the prognosis by regulating oxygen delivery, promoting the formation of collateral circulation, improving the survival of ischemic tissue, reducing the infarct size, and improving ischemic preconditioning.The predictive value of HIF-1α has being paid more and more attention in ischemic heart failure, and it has a very important clinical significance in ischemic heart failure as a measurement indicator of disease progression or clinical outcomes.
