摘要
某金矿浅部矿石存在一定程度的氧化,为了确定该部分氧化矿石的选别方法和技术指标,最大限度地回收有价资源,进行了尼尔森重选、浮选试验研究,最终确定采用尼尔森重选-重尾浮选工艺,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占60%的条件下,获得的重选精矿金品位33.26 g/t,金回收率可达47.93%;重选尾矿经过一次粗选、三次扫选、两次精选,获得的金精矿金品位51.47 g/t,尾矿金品位降至0.57 g/t;重选+浮选金综合回收率为82.47%,精矿质量和回收指标均较好。
The ores in the shallow part of a gold mine are oxidized to some extent.In order to determine the beneficiation methods and technical indexes for this part of oxidized ores,as well as to recover valuable resources to the maximum extent,experimental research on Nelson gravity separation and flotation was carried out.Finally the process of Nelson gravity separation-flotation of gravity tailings was determined.When grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounted for 60%,the gold grade of gravity concentrates was 33.26 g/t,the gold recovery rate of gravity separation was 47.93%;after the gravity tailings are through once roughing,three times scavenging and twice cleaning,the gold grade of flotation gold concentrates was 51.47 g/t,the gold grade of tailings decreased to 0.57 g/t,comprehensive gold recovery by gravity separation+flotation was 82.47%.The quality and recovery index of the concentrates are both good.
