摘要
目的:探究红细胞免疫、细胞免疫及红细胞参数在急性脑梗死患者中的表达变化情况。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年5月87例急性脑梗死患者为观察组,同时期体检健康的87名同龄者为对照组。检测与比较对照组、观察组急性期、亚急性期及恢复期红细胞免疫(FEER、FEIR及RBC-ICR)、细胞免疫(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD8^(+))及红细胞参数(RDW、RBC及HCT),同时比较观察组中不同NIHSS评分患者不同时期的检测结果。结果:观察组急性期及亚急性期FEER、CD3^(+)及CD4^(+)显著低于对照组,FEIR、RBC-ICR、CD8^(+)及红细胞参数均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组恢复期检测结果与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不同NIHSS评分患者不同时期检测结果比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红细胞免疫、细胞免疫及红细胞参数在急性脑梗死患者急性期及亚急性期呈现显著异常的状态,且不同严重程度患者差异显著,应重视对上述指标的检测与干预。
Objective:To investigate the expression changes of erythrocyte immunity,cellular immunity and erythrocyte parameters in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 87 patients with acute cerebral infarction from June 2019 to May 2020 were chosen as the observation group,87 healthy persons of the same age at the same time were chosen as the control group.Then the erythrocyte immunity (FEER,FEIR andRBC-ICR),cellular immunity (CD3^(+),CD4^(+) and CD8^(+)) and erythrocyte parameters (RDW,RBC and HCT) of the control group and the observation group at acute,subacute and convalescent stage were detected and compared,then the detection results of the observation group with different NIHSS scores at different stages were compared.Result:The FEER,CD3^(+) and CD4^(+) of the observation group at acute and subacute stage were significantly lower than those of the control group,the FEIR,RBC-ICR,CD8^(+) and erythrocyte parameters were significantly higher than those of the control group,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05);the detection results of the observation group at convalescent stage were compared,there were no statistically significant differences (P>0.05);the detection results of the observation group with different NIHSS scores at different stages were compared,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:The erythrocyte immunity,cellular immunity and erythrocyte parameters in the patients with acute cerebral infarction at acute and subacute stage show significant abnormal state,and the differences of patients with different severity degree are significant,so those indexes should be paid to more detection and intervention.
