摘要
我国在历史文化街区保护方面已取得一定成绩,如何在新形势下延续街区地域特色是当前面临的主要问题。本文以杭州街区保护为例,提出政府主导、小规模“有机更新”、“社区参与”和“居民自助”的可持续动态保护发展策略,以期能保持街区的整体性和地域性,恢复街区新的活力,创造城市空间新的生命力。
China has made certain achievements in the protection of historical and cultural blocks.How to continue the regional characteristics of the blocks under new situation is the main problem currently facing.This paper,taking the protection of blocks in Hangzhou as an example,puts forward the sustainable dynamic protection and development strategy of government-led,small-scale"organic renewal","community participation"and"residents self-help",in order to maintain the integrity and regionality of blocks,restore vitality of blocks and create new urban space.
