摘要
目的:探讨绝经后女性雌酮与体重指数、糖脂代谢等代谢指标是否存在相关性。方法:横断面回顾性研究,分析45例绝经后女性的临床资料,通过采用SPSS.25对临床资料进行Pearson相关性统计分析,探索女性雌酮与脂代谢、胰岛素等代谢指标是否存在相关性。结果:45例绝经后女性雌酮与BMI、胆固醇存在显著负相关关系(r=-0.462,P=0.001、r=-0.318,P=0.033)。结论:女性绝经后卵巢功能衰退,雌酮含量减少,可能参与了绝经后女性肥胖的发生,本研究为卵巢性雌激素在女性肥胖及其发生发展提供了新的思路。
Objective:To explore the correlation between estrone and body mass index,glucose and lipid metabolism in postmenopausal women. Methods:Clinical data of 45 postmenopausal women were retrospectively analyzed in a cross-sectional study. Pearson correlation statistical analysis was performed on the clinical data using SPSS. 25 to explore whether there is correlation between female estrone and lipid metabolism,insulin and other metabolic indicators.Results:There was a significant negative correlation between estrone and BMI cholesterol in 45 postmenopausal women(r=-0.462,P=0.001,r=-0.318,P=0.033). Conclusion:The decline of ovarian function and the decrease of estrone content in postmenopausal women may be involved in the occurrence of obesity in postmenopausal women. This study provides a new insight for the role of ovarian sex estrogen in obesity in women and its possible causes.
