摘要
对典型的化工装置及其工况特点进行了介绍,针对恶劣工况下球阀的特殊性,对目前球阀常用试验方法的适用性进行了分析,提出了进行材料试验、涂层试验、整机试验及工况模拟试验的必要性,并对试验方法及过程做出了分析和探讨。
The typical chemical device and its working characteristics are introduced,in view of the particularity under the condition of ball valve,the applicability of the test methods commonly used for ball valves are analyzed,and put forward the material test,the coating experiment was carried out,the necessity of working condition of the engine test and simulation experiment,and the test methods and means to make the analysis and discussion.
