电针治疗脊髓损伤实验研究概述

摘要 采用电针治疗脊髓损伤可以抑制脊髓神经元的凋亡,下调血小板衍生生长因子,控制星形胶质细胞增生,还可通过上调乙酰胆碱酯酶活性,增加GNDFmRNA的表达,促进脊髓损伤后前角运动神经元功能活动的恢复。督脉电针和夹脊电针是目前最常用的治疗方法,两种方法联合治疗是当前研究的方向之一,如电针结合不同的康复训练,电针联合干细胞移植等。目前,电针治疗脊髓损伤的作用机制还未完全揭示清楚,针刺穴位是通过哪些信号通路调控神经营养因子的表达还有待进一步的研究,在治疗方式、选穴标准以及科研思路和方法上仍然需要更深入的研究。 Electroacupuncture treatment of spinal cord injury can inhibit the apoptosis of spinal cord neurons, down-regulate platelet-derived growth factor, control the proliferation of astrocytes, and promote the functional recovery of anterior horn motor neurons after spinal cord injury by up-regulating the activity of acetylcholinesterase and increasing the expression of GNDFmRNA.At present, electroacupuncture at GV;electroacupuncture at Jiaji(EX-B2) are the most commonly-used treatment methods.The combination of the two methods is one of the current research directions, such as electroacupuncture combined with different rehabilitation training, electroacupuncture combined with stem cell transplantation and so on.At present, the mechanism of electroacupuncture in the treatment of spinal cord injury has not been fully revealed.The signal pathways through which acupuncture acupoints regulate the expression of neurotrophic factors still need further research, so further research is still needed in the treatment therapies, acupoint selection standards and scientific research ideas and methods.
