摘要
目的:观察"别通配穴法"穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年4月至2020年6月安徽省第二人民医院中医科门诊及住院治疗的单纯性肥胖患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者均给予穴位埋线治疗,对照组选取临床常用穴位,观察组根据"别通配穴法"选取特定穴位。观察两组患者腰围、体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、体质量、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(three acyl glycerin,TG)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL)变化情况及临床疗效、体质量复发率。结果:观察组治疗后腰围、体质量、BMI、TC、TG及LDL水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率为86.67%,对照组有效率为63.33%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3个月后,观察组体质量复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生不良反应。结论:"别通配穴法"穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖,能降低患者体质量,改善脂代谢,远期疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of catgut embedment in acupoint based on"point combination connecting two meridians"on simple obesity.Methods:A total of 60 patients with simple obesity treated in the outpatient and inpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine of our hospital from April 2018 to June 2020 were selected,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given catgut embedment in acupoint,the control group selected clinical commonly-used acupoints,while the observation group selected specific acupoints according to"point combination connecting two meridians".The changes of waist circumference,body mass index(BMI),body mass,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL),clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of body mass were observed.Results:After treatment,the waist circumference,body weight,BMI,TC,TG and LDL levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 86.67%in the observation group and 63.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of body mass in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:In terms of catgut embedment in acupoint based on"point combination connecting two meridians"on simple obesity,can reduce the body weight of patients,improve lipid metabolism,and has significant long-term effect.
