摘要 为减少变电站运行与维护成本,及时发现、处理电气设备缺陷,对变电站展开无纸化、信息化管理。以移动设备为基础,对变电站巡视系统进行优化。利用可编程的移动巡视终端,搭建移动用户+系统工作站+系统有限网络的移动计算环境;采用巡视管理、查询分析以及系统管理等功能模块完成后台管理系统搭建;利用运行任务、数据同步、数据点采集、查看任务进度以及任务管理模块,完成移动设备系统设计;搭建支持移动计算环境的分布式数据库,根据巡视现场标识器件要求,通过射频识别技术实现变电站设备自动识别。经仿真实验验证,所建系统具有一定的有效性,电子化管理巡视数据信息大范围缩减了工作流程,通过减少纸张、人员用量,提升了电力公司经济效益。 In order to reduce the operation and maintenance cost of substation,find and deal with the defects of electrical equipment in time,paperless and information management of substation is carried out.Based on mobile devices,the substation patrol system is optimized.The mobile computing environment of mobile user+system workstation+system limited network is built by using programmable mobile inspection terminal.Patrol management,query analysis and system management function modules are used to complete the background management system.Using the running task,data synchronization,data point collection,viewing task progress and task management module,the mobile device system design is completed.A distributed database supporting mobile computing environment is built.According to the requirements of inspection site identification devices,automatic identification of substation equipment is realized by radio frequency identification technology.The simulation results show that the system has a certain effectiveness.The electronic management of inspection data information greatly reduces the workflow,and improves the economic benefits of the power company by reducing the amount of paper and personnel.
