摘要
为了合理利用国内外玉米种质资源进行玉米品种改良,利用40个核心SSR标记对31份玉米自交系的遗传多样性进行分析。结果表明:40个核心SSR标记在31份不同来源的玉米自交系中共检测出190个等位变异,每个SSR标记检测得出的等位变异总数为3~11个,平均6个;有效等位基因数(Ne)为1.841~9.191,平均3.987;引物的多态性信息含量(PIC)变幅为0.457~0.891,平均0.699;通过UPGMA聚类分析,可将玉米材料分为4大类。31份玉米材料中,来自相同地域的玉米材料间遗传差异较小、亲缘关系较近,来自不同地域的玉米材料间遗传多样性丰富。研究结果可为玉米杂交组配提供参考,避免测配的盲目性和提高种质的利用效率。
In order to make full use of maize germplasm resources to improve maize varieties,40 core SSR markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 31 maize inbred lines.The results showed that,40 core SSR markers detected 190 alleles in 31 maize accessions from different sources,and the total number of alleles identified by each SSR marker was 3-11,with an average of 6.The effective number of alleles(Ne)was 1.841-9.191,with an average of 3.987.The polymorphism information content(PIC)of primers ranged from 0.457 to 0.891,with an average of 0.699.These maize accessions were divided into four groups by UPGMA cluster analysis.Among the 31 maize materials,the genetic differences among the maize accessions from the same region were small and the genetic relationship was close.The genetic diversity among the maize accessions from different regions was rich,which could be used as a reference for crossing in maize breeding.The results can provide reference for maize hybrid combinations,avoid the blindness of testing and matching and improve the utilization efficiency of germplasm.
