摘要
以陕西省商洛市小麦、玉米生产基地、种粮大户、一般农户、化肥销售网点、劳动力市场为研究对象,对近10年来全市小麦、玉米生产情况进行调研分析,发现商洛市主要粮食作物种植面积小、单产水平低、种粮效益差、自然灾害频发、野猪危害严重,且近10年小麦、玉米播种面积、总产量、单位面积效益均呈下降趋势,其中单位面积效益降幅达106%,播种面积降幅为26.15%,总产量降幅为12.79%。提出要稳定种植面积、提高单产水平、提升单位面积效益,需抓好政策宣传,强化政策支持;实施"藏粮于地",夯实粮食基础;落实"藏粮于技",提高生产水平;加强灾害预警,科学防灾减灾等方面入手。
The production base,large-scale grain-production households,ordinary farmers,fertilizer sales outlets,and labor costs of the main grain crop wheat and corn in Shangluo of Shaanxi Province were taken as research objects.The production situation of wheat and corn in Shangluo in recent 10 years had been investigated and analyzed.It found that the main grain crops in Shangluo were planted in a small area.with low yields,poor grain growth efficiency,frequent natural disasters,and serious damage from wild boars.In recent 10 years,the sown area,total output,and unit area benefit of the two major food crops,wheat and corn,were low and showed a downward trend.Among them,the benefit per unit area.It decreased largest by 106%,the sown area decreased by 26.15%,and the total yield decreased the smallest by 12.79%.To stabilize the planting area,improve the yield per unit area and the efficiency per unit area.It was necessary to increase policy support,implement the policy of grain harvest in the field,consolidate the grain foundation,implement the policy of grain storage by science and technology,improve the production level,strengthen the early warning of disasters,and scientifically prevent and mitigate disasters.
