复叠式制冷系统中R290/R170替代R22/R23的理论分析 被引量:5

摘要 R290及R170作为碳氢类工质,其ODP值为0,GWP值较低,可满足相关环保要求,且来源广泛,因此有着良好的应用前景。本文针对R290/R170替代R22/R23开展理论分析,包括热物理性质对比、换热性能对比、机组选型对比及制冷系统循环性能分析,并对R290/R170安全性进行评估。通过理论分析,确认R290/R170替代R22/R23方案的可行性,为后续具体的应用方案及样机试制提供理论支持。 R290 and R170,as hydrocarbon working fluids with zero ODP and low GWP,can meet the relevant environmental requirements,and have extensive supply sources.Therefor,they have good application prospects.The theoretical research on the substitution of R290/R170 for R22/R23 is carried out,including the comparisons of physical properties,the heat exchange performance,the unit selection and cycle performance of refrigeration system,as well as the evaluation of safety.Through theoretical analysis,the feasibility of R290/R170 replacing R22/R23 is confirmed,providing theoretical support for specific applications and prototype trials.
