摘要
在暖通空调领域,两管制空调夏季供冷、冬季供热应用普遍,但目前业内无关于此工况下管道的经济保温厚度计算方法,本文通过对传统保温厚度计算方法进行研究,提出了基于综合成本的保温厚度计算方法,利用计算机程序逐时计算能耗并累加全年成本,对比获得最经济的保温厚度,此方法相对传统手段更灵活,更准确,能够适应暖通空调行业冷热源多样化、新型化的发展。
In the field of HVAC,two-pipe water system is widely used for cooling in summer and heating in winter.However,there is no calculation method for the economic insulation thickness of pipeline in the industry at present.Based on the study of traditional insulation thickness,this paper proposes a calculation method of insulation thickness based on comprehensive cost,which uses computer program to calculate energy consumption hourly and accumulate annual cost to obtain the most economical Compared with traditional methods,this method is more flexible and accurate,and can adapt to the development of diversification and new type of cold and heat sources in HVAC industry.
