摘要
习近平总书记在十九大报告中提出要实施乡村振兴战略。乡村振兴作为新时代最大的民生工程,也是打赢脱贫攻坚战的重要力量。科学发展策略和战略创新是乡村振兴战略的关键,为乡村振兴注入新的活力,加快乡村振兴发展的效率。“互联网+”技术与乡村振兴战略结合,可将现代信息技术应用于农业和农村经济发展的各个领域,推动乡村振兴向科学、高效方向发展。以太仓市为调查对象,深入调研太仓市各村的土地流转情况,分析在乡村振兴战略与“互联网+”技术相结合背景下太仓市线上土地流转的发展现状,对农地流转由线下转移到网络平台以及由农户个人操作的可行性进行研究。最后,提出了促进农地流转体系发展的对策建议。
The rural revitalization strategy was proposed in the report to the 19th CPC National Congress by Xi Jinping,general secretary of the CPC Central Committee.As the biggest livelihood project in the new era,rural revitalization is also an important force to win the tough battle against poverty.The scientific development strategy and strategic innovation are the key to the strategy of rural revitalization,which inject new vitality into rural revitalization and speed up the efficiency of the development of rural revitalization.The combination of Internet plus technology and the rural revitalization strategy can apply modern information technology to all fields of agriculture and rural economic development,and promote the development of rural revitalization to a scientific and efficient direction.Taking Taicang city as the investigation object,the land transfer situation of each village in Taicang city was deeply investigated,the status quo of online land transfer development in Taicang city was analyzed under the background of the combination of rural revitalization strategy and Internet plus technology,and the feasibility of transferring agricultural land transfer from offline to network platform and operating by individual farmers were studied.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the development of farmland transfer system put forward.
