摘要 采用一步水热法合成Co_(3)O_(4)三维花状结构材料.以Co(NO_(3))2·6H_(2)O为钴源,引入氢氧化钠、乙二醇溶液为辅助溶剂,通过改变氨水的用量以调节其材料的内部结构,探索Co_(3)O_(4)三维花状球形结构生长的最佳条件.对制得的Co_(3)O_(4)三维花状结构材料进行SEM和XRD表征,结果表明通过改变氨水的用量优化了材料的微观结构,当氨水用量为12 mL时,得到均匀分散的花状结构.将Co_(3)O_(4)三维花状结构材料制成气敏元件,考察其对正丁醇的响应特性.结果表明:由纳米片组装的Co_(3)O_(4)三维花状结构材料对正丁醇的灵敏度、选择性、响应-恢复特性均有显著提高,展现了其在正丁醇气体实时在线检测领域良好的应用前景. Co_(3)O_(4) flower-like structures were synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method.The best conditions for the growth of flower-like spherical structure were explored by changing the amount of ammonia water to adjust the internal structure of the material by using Co(NO_(3))2·6 H2 O as cobalt source,sodium hydroxide and ethylene glycol solution as auxiliary solvents.The crystal structure and morphology were investigated using SEM and XRD.It is found that the amount of ammonia optimized the microstructure of the material.When the amount of ammonia water was 12 mL,uniformly dispersed flower-like structures was obtained.Co_(3)O_(4) mecterial was used to prepare gas sensor and its response to n-butanol was investigated.The results show that the sensitivity,selectivity and response recovery characteristics of Co_(3)O_(4) nanomaterials with three-dimensional flower like structure assembled by nanosheets for n-butanol are significantly improved,which shows its application prospect in the field of n-butanol gas detection.
