摘要
采用硬度与电导率测试、拉伸和晶间腐蚀试验、扫描电镜和透射电镜观察并结合相图计算,研究了时效处理对6056合金线材组织、力学性能和耐晶间腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:未经T6处理的6056铝合金硬度为59 HB,抗拉强度为231.3 MPa,断后伸长率为10.0%,纵向腐蚀形貌为点蚀;经T6处理后,合金硬度为136 HB,抗拉强度为409.5 MPa,断后伸长率为17.1%,纵向晶间腐蚀深度为212.10μm。T6处理后的6056合金晶内析出了大量β″和Q′相,晶界分布着许多细小且连续的析出相,合金的耐蚀性能相比T6处理前有所降低。
Effects of aging treatment on microstructure,mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion resistance of 6056 alloy wires were studied by hardness and electrical conductivity tests,tensile and intergranular corrosion tests,scanning and transmission electron microscopes observations in combination with phase diagram calculation.The results showed that the 6056 aluminium alloy before T6 treatment exhibited the hardness of 59 HB,tensile strength of 231.3 MPa,elongation of 10.0%and pitting corrosion along the longitudinal direction;after T6 treatment,the alloy exhibited the hardness of 136 HB,tensile strength of 409.5 MPa,elongation of 17.1%and longitudinal intergranular corrosion depth of 212.10μm.A large number ofβ″and Q′phases were precipitated in the grains,and the fine precipitates were continuously distributed at the grain boundaries of the T6-treated 6056 alloy,resuting in its lower corrosion resistance than the alloy without T6 treatment.
