窝口菌袋栽培秀珍菇品种筛选试验

摘要 为筛选适宜福建省罗源县窝口菌袋栽培的秀珍菇配套优良菌种,引进6个秀珍菇菌株进行比较试验,分析各菌株菌丝生长速度、生物学效率、子实体性状指标、优质菇比例、产出投入比等。结果表明:在生物学效率上,秀57菌株最高,为62.53%;其次是台秀P86,为61.82%,二者无显著性差异。优质菇比例上,秀57和台秀P86两菌株的A菇比例高,均超过70%,明显高于其他菌株。通过经济效益分析,秀57、台秀P86两个菌株的单袋利润较高,分别为1.13元和1.08元,其产出投入比均大于1.30。综合以上分析表明秀57和台秀P86两个菌株在供试菌株中表现优良,在产量、性状和优质菇比例指标上均较优,是适宜在罗源地区采用窝口菌袋栽培模式的两个应用型菌株。 In order to screen the good strains of Pleurotus geesteranus which were suitable for the cultivation of Wokou fungus sack in Luoyuan County of Fujian Province,six strains of Pleurotus geesteranus were introduced for the comparative experiment,so as to analyze the growth rate of mycelia,biological efficiency,characters of fruiting body,proportion of high-quality mushrooms and input-output ratio of each strain.The results showed that the strain of Xiu 57 had the highest biological efficiency(62.53%),followed by Taixiu P86(61.82%),and there was no significant difference between them.In terms of the proportion of high-quality mushrooms,the proportion of mushroom A of Xiu 57 and Taixiu P86 strains was both higher than 70%,which was obviously higher than that of other strains.According to the economic benefit analysis,the profit per bag of Xiu 57 and Taixiu P86 strains was 1.13 yuan and 1.08 yuan,respectively,and their input-output ratio was both greater than 1.30 yuan.Based on the above analysis,the strains of Xiu 57 and Taixiu P86 performed well among the tested strains,it was superior in the indexes such as the yield,characters and proportion of high-quality mushrooms,which were suitable for the cultivation of Wokou fungus sack in Luoyuan area.
