摘要
当前国内学校主要以政府出资模式为主,属于一种公共资源和公共设施,所以教育建筑具有一定的硬性指标。同时,随着城镇化进程的加快,学校建设用地紧张,土地资源稀缺和教育硬件要求之间的矛盾更加突出。校园建筑综合体是一种新的建筑理念,其目的在于通过校园不同功能区的集约化处理提高空间资源利用率,解决了校园土地资源稀缺和教育硬件要求不断提高两者之间的矛盾。本文以衢州市第四实验学校新建项目为例,对小学建筑综合体空间设计问题进行研究。
With the implementation of the policy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,China's education has made great development,and the educational construction industry has also made progress.At present,domestic schools are mainly funded by the government,which belongs to a kind of public resources and public facilities,so educational buildings have certain hard indicators.At the same time,with the acceleration of urbanization,the land for school construction is tight,and the contradiction between the scarcity of land resources and the requirements of educational hardware is more prominent.Campus building complex is a new architectural concept.Its purpose is to improve the utilization rate of space resources through the intensive treatment of different functional areas of the campus,so as to solve the contradiction between the scarcity of campus land resources and the continuous improvement of educational hardware requirements.Based on this,this paper takes the new project of Quzhou Fourth Experimental School as an example to study the spatial design of primary school building complex.
