摘要
目的:分析我院中成药应用状况,以期对临床用药给予有效的指导。方法:利用医院合理用药信息系统,采集2019年1~12月我院门急诊中成药处方179068张,由中药临床药师进行统计分析并点评。结果:我院中成药的使用以清热剂为主,约占26.56%;剂型多为口服;儿科门诊中成药使用频次居第一位;约99%的中成药处方由西医专业医师开具;100%的中成药处方缺少中医证型;不合理处方中不规范处方384张(6.17%),不适宜处方5537张(93.81%),超常处方1张(0.01%)。结论:建议对合理用药信息系统加以优化,同时加强对中成药用药的监测和点评,促进中成药的合理应用。
Objective:To analyze on the use of proprietory Chinese medicine in our hospital,so as to strengthen the guidance of clinical drug use.Methods:Using the rational drug use system in our hospital,179068 prescriptions of proprietary Chinese medicines in outpatient and emergency departments were collected from January to December in 2019,and statistical analysis and comments were conducted by TCM clinical pharmacists.Results:The use of proprietary Chinese medicine in our hospital was mainly heat-clearing agent,accounting for about 26.56%.The dosage form was mostly oral.The use frequency of proprietary Chinese medicine in pediatric outpatient department ranked first.About 99%of proprietary Chinese medicine prescriptions were issued by doctors major in western medcine,and 100%of the prescriptions lacked TCM syndromes.Among unreasonable prescriptions,there were 384 non-standard prescriptions(6.17%),5537 unsuitable prescriptions(93.81%),and 1 abnormal prescription(0.01%).Conclusion:In order to promote the rational use of proprietary Chinese medicines,the rational dray use system should be improved and the monitoring and comment of prescriptions should be strengthened.
