纳米润滑对波纹轧制铝合金板材表面质量的影响研究

摘要 针对波纹轧制工艺,设计实验研究了纳米润滑对波纹轧制铝合金板材表面质量的影响。在室温、轧制速度为0.1 m/s、压下率为40%的工艺条件下,对规格为200 mm×60 mm×3 mm的1060铝合金板材分别进行了无润滑和纳米润滑状态下的波纹轧制实验。对轧后铝合金板材的波峰、波谷表面形貌及表面质量进行了分析。结果表明:纳米润滑后铝合金板材的波峰、波谷处较为光滑,缺陷较少。波峰全域及局域的表面粗糙度数值较无润滑时分别降低25%和24%,波谷全域及局域的表面粗糙度数值较无润滑时分别降低22%和24%.纳米颗粒在波纹轧制过程中对铝合金板材表面进行了修饰,起到了切削和填充的作用,板材表面质量得到显著改善。研究结果可为表面质量良好的铝合金板材轧制工艺制定提供理论参考。 Aiming at the corrugated rolling process,the effect of nano-lubrication on the surface quality of corrugated rolled aluminum alloy sheets was studied experimentally.Under the conditions of room temperature,rolling speed of 0.1 m/s,and reduction of 40%,the corrugated rolling experiments of 1060 aluminum alloy sheets with the dimensions of 200 mm×60 mm×3 mm were carried out without lubrication and with nano-lubrication.The surface morphology and surface quality of the peaks and troughs of rolled aluminum alloy sheets were analyzed.The results show that the peaks and troughs of aluminum alloy sheets under nano-lubrication are smoother and the defects are less.The surface roughness values of the whole and local areas of peaks are reduced by 25%and 24%,respectively,and surface roughness values of the whole and local areas of troughs are reduced by 22%and 24%,respectively,compared with those without lubrication.Nanoparticles modify the surface of the aluminum alloy sheets during corrugated rolling process,and play a role in cutting and filling.The surface quality of the sheets is improved significantly.The research results can provide theoretical reference for formulating the rolling process of aluminum alloy sheets with good surface quality.
