高校学科专业与产业链式融合的内涵、困境与突破——基于区域创新生态系统的视角 被引量:2

摘要 高校学科专业与产业的链式融合是指区域创新生态系统中高校、政府、产业行业、社会公共组织等相关利益主体以实现高质量的协同创新为目的,致力于打破相互之间在人才、文化、组织与制度等方面的创新资源的融合壁垒,形成集知识创造、流动、共享和转化于一体的创新共同体。从宏观上打通高校与区域产业行业系统的边界,从中观上打通学科建设、专业建设与产业行业生产实践的边界,从微观上打通科学研究、人才培养以及产业行业需求之间的边界,从而构建起区域产业链、教育链、人才链与创新链之间的有效衔接机制。在现实中,高校学科专业与产业的链式融合存在着人才流通困境、文化对话困境、组织混合困境和制度匹配困境等问题。为此,要遵循“育人逻辑”,打造创新创业型人才培养共同体;遵循“创业逻辑”,建设创业性特质的多元要素融合文化;遵循“公共逻辑”,规范与提升跨界合作的行为与质量;遵循“共生逻辑”,创新多重主体激励相容的共生共赢机制。 The chain-style integration of discipline-specialty-industry in colleges refers to the innovation community that integrates the creation,transmission,sharing and transformation of knowledge,which breaks down the barriers of the integration of innovation resources in terms of talent,culture,organization and system,by relevant stakeholders in the regional innovation ecosystem,such as colleges,government,industry and social public organizations,who are committed to high quality coordinated innovation.On the macro level,it should break the boundary between colleges and regional industries;on the medium level,it should break the boundary between discipline construction,specialty construction and industrial production;and on the micro level,it should break the boundary between scientific research,talent training and meeting the industrial demand.Only in this way can we build an effective mechanism that connects regional industrial chain,education chain,talent chain and innovation chain.In reality,the integration is confronted with many dilemmas,such as the talent circulation,cultural communication,organization mixing,system matching and so on.Therefore,we should follow the“education logic”and build a training community of innovative and entrepreneurial talents;follow the“entrepreneurial logic”and build an integrating culture with multiple entrepreneurial characteristics;follow the“public logic”and regulate the behavior and improve the quality of cross-border cooperation;follow the“symbiotic logic”and innovate a win-win symbiotic mechanism with multiple incentives.
