高温高湿环境下吸水量对芳纶纸蜂窝性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以牌号XBFW–2.7–80的某型芳纶纸蜂窝为研究对象,在温度70℃和湿度85%环境条件下,开展高温高湿环境条件下吸水量对蜂窝性能影响的试验研究。周期性地检测蜂窝吸水量和平压强度及模量的变化,建立吸水量与平压性能的对应关系。采用数据归一化处理方法,确定蜂窝吸水量对其平压性能的影响规律,最终实现通过检测蜂窝吸水量预测其力学性能变化的目的。试验结果表明,蜂窝平压强度及模量的变化趋势与吸水量的变化趋势大体一致,分为四个阶段:快速变化的初期阶段、缓慢变化的中期阶段、更缓慢变化的后期阶段和稳定趋于饱和的终期阶段。 Taking a certain type of aramid paper honeycomb of the brand XBFW–2.7–80 as the research object,under the environmental conditions of temperature 70℃and humidity 85%,the experimental research on the influence of water absorption on the performance of honeycomb under high temperature and high humidity environment was carried out.Changes in honeycomb water absorption and flat compression strength and modulus were periodically detected,and the corresponding relationship between water absorption and flat compression performance was established.The data normalization processing method was used to determine the influence law of honeycomb water absorption on its flat pressure performance,and the purpose of predicting the change of its mechanical properties by detecting honeycomb water absorption was finally realized.The test results show that the change trend of honeycomb flat compressive strength and modulus is roughly the same as the change trend of water absorption,which is divided into four stages:the initial stage of rapid change,the middle stage of slow change,the later stage of slower change,and the stable trend in the final stage of saturation.
