摘要
加氢装置氢气耗量预测系统以加氢装置氢气平衡计算为基础,通过构建装置产品的收率预测模型以及原料、产品的氢量计算模型,在线更新产品收率的模型参数和原料、产品的氢含量性质数据,准确计算加氢装置的氢气耗量。设计与开发的加氢装置氢气耗量预测系统,可计算出油品较难直接测定的碳氢质量比、中平均沸点、氢气含量等性质参数,对进出装置的工艺物流流量进行校正,对加氢装置的产品收率和氢气耗量进行预测,可为氢气系统的优化调度提供数据支撑。
By constructing the product yield prediction model and the hydrogen calculation model of raw materials and products,the hydrogen consumption prediction system of hyrotreating unit can get the accurate hydrogen consumption of hyrotreating unit,which based on the hydrogen balance calculation of hyrotreating unit.It updates online the model parameters of product yield and the hydrogen content property data of raw materials and products to improve the calculation results accuracy Besides,the hydrogen consumption prediction system of hyrotreating unit can calculate the quality parameters such as hydrocarbon mass ratio,medium average boiling point,hydrogen content,etc.,which are difficult to measure directly,and correct the process flow in and out of the unit.The prediction of the product yield and hydrogen consumption of hyrotreating unit can provide data support for the optimal scheduling of hydrogen system.
