摘要
[目的/意义]《洗冤集录》是中国现存第一部系统论述古代司法检验之专著,深受世界法医界重视,先后被译成多种文字出版。后世法医著作,大多以此为蓝本。历史上《洗冤集录》的最初版本是宋慈湖南宪治自刻的五卷本,现存最早也是最为通行的版本则是元勤有堂刻本《宋提刑洗冤集录》五卷本。明代以后又有一卷本、二卷本、四卷本等改编本,另还有后世在《洗冤集录》的基础上进行各种修订、增补的版本。[方法/过程]根据传世序跋、各家书目和校勘成果,在前人研究的基础上对《洗冤集录》的各版本进行系统梳理。[结果/结论]以图示的形式揭示该书众多版本之间的源流关系。
[Purpose/significance]As the first treatise on ancient judicial examination in China,Xi Yuan Ji Lu is highly valued by the legal and medical circles all over the world,and it has been translated into many languages and then published.Most of the later forensic works are written based on it.In history,the original version of the book was the five-volume version,which was created and carved by Song Ci in the constitution of Hunan province.The earliest and most popular edition of Xi Yuan Ji Lu remained is the edition of the Yuan Dynasty,which is named Song Tixing Xi Yuan Ji Lu and is carved by Qinyou Hall.After the Ming dynasty,there were adaptations in the form of one volume,two volumes and four volumes.In addition,there were also a large number of later editions which were revised and supplemented on the basis of the original Xi Yuan Ji Lu.[Method/process]Based on the existing preamble and postscript,various bibliographies,collating achievements and previous researches,this paper is dedicated to systematically sorting out each edition of Xi Yuan Ji Lu.[Result/conclusion]It reveals the source and developed relationship among those editions in the form of diagrams.
