摘要
为更好地引导卫星通信业界和地面移动业界融合研究低轨卫星互联网技术路线,推动工程建设进程,针对目前存在的低轨卫星互联网概念理解不统一、名词术语不统一、技术体系发展和技术体制研究发展路线争论激烈的情况,通过对国内外典型系统进行梳理,对技术体系发展路线和技术体制研究路线进行了分析。提出了适合低轨卫星互联网技术体制研究的方法、评判体制优劣的原则和方法,得出了多条技术路线会趋同的基本判断。
In order to better guide the satellite communication industry and the mobile communication industry to study the technical route of the LEO satellite Internet and push the project process forward,aiming at the current existing condition that the concept of LEO satellite Internet is not unified,the terminology is not standardized,and that the technical system and research development route is arguing fiercely,by sorting out typical systems at home and aboard,the development route and research route of the technical system are analyzed.The methods for the research of LEO satellite Internet technical system and the principles and methods for judging the advantages and disadvantages of the system are proposed.A basic judgment that multiple technical routes will converge is concluded.
