摘要
目的:探讨《妇人大全良方》“调经门”用药规律及陈自明论治月经病学术特色。方法:收集“调经门”中所包含的中药复方,对药物组成进行数据整理及规范化处理,录入Microsoft Excel 2010建立相应数据库,应用Gephi软件构建复杂网络,分析“调经门”复方中的高频药物及配伍规律。结果:中药复方117首中涉及中药共计228味,通过调整药物出现度值(度值>50次)得到19味药物,形成3个聚类;高频中药(中药频率≥10次)为当归、肉桂、赤芍等用20味药。结论:“调经门”药物多以补虚药、温里药、清热药、收涩药、活血化瘀药为主,体现陈自明主张"妇人调气血",认为月经病多虚多寒,重视冲任二脉的调理及固护脾胃,善用血肉有情之品,重视炮制与服用方法等学术特色。
Objective:To explore the medication regularity of Tiaojing Chapter in Fu Ren Da Quan Liang Fang and CHEN Zi-ming's academic characteristics of treating menstrual diseases.Methods:Collect the Chinese herbal compounds contained in Tiaojing Chapter in Fu Ren Da Quan Liang Fang,organize data and standardize the composition of the medicine,enter data into Microsoft Excel 2010,establish a corresponding database,build a complex network by Gephi application,analyze the occurrence and compatibility of high frequency in Tiaojing Chapter in Fu Ren Da Quan Liang Fang.Result:There are 228 Chinese herbal medicines in the 117 Chinese herbal compounds,we get 19 medicines and form 3 clusters by adjusting the occurrence frequency(Value>50 times);20 high-frequency Chinese medicines(Frequency≥10 times)are Radix Angelica Sinensis,Cortex Cinnamomi,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,etc.Conclusions:The medicines of Tiaojing Chapter rely mainly on tonic drug,interior-warming drug,heat-clearing and astringent medicinal,blood-activating and stasis-resolving medical.It reflects CHEN Zi-ming's proposition to regulate women’s Qi and blood.He believes that menopathy is mainly caused by asthenia cold syndrome,should pay great attention to conditioning Chong Meridian and Ren Meridian;strengthening spleen and stomach,making good use of flesh and blood,attaching importance to manufacturing and taking the Chinese herbal medicines,etc.
