工业建筑空调节能改造方案设计

Design of energy-saving renovation scheme for air-conditioning in industrial buildings

摘要 借鉴当前的研究成果,将模拟技术应用到工业建筑空调节能改造方案的设计中,设计了基于模拟技术的工业建筑空调节能改造方案,并对设计方案进行测试与验证。基于模拟技术构建工业建筑空调模型,首先获取工业建筑空调的特征,根据其特征构建一种模拟稳态模型。通过构建模型,发现当前工业建筑空调冷机存在换热器脏堵、负荷率低等问题。基于此设计了冷机的节能改造方案。为使能够更加高效、安全地运行,以及使其整体不平衡率更低,对水系统实施节能改造。对于空调与通风系统,制定了一系列空调机组、通风系统、风量分配和气流组织、末端与室内温湿度调节的相关节能改造方案。分别在实施该方案前后对实验工业建筑空调进行能效测试,对比前后测试结果,发现设计方案能够明显提升工业建筑空调的运行能效,大幅降低了工业建筑空调的耗能量,说明设计方案能够起到显著作用。 With reference to the current research results,the simulation technology was applied to the design of the energy-saving renovation plan for industrial buildings,and an energy-saving renovation plan for the industrial building air-conditioning based on simulation technology was designed,and the design plan was tested and verified.To construct an industrial building air conditioning model based on simulation technology,firstly,the authors obtained the characteristics of the industrial building air conditioning,and constructed a simulated steady-state model based on its characteristics.Through the construction of the model,it was found that the current industrial building air-conditioning chillers have problems such as dirty heat exchangers and low load rates.According to the above problems,the energy-saving transformation plan of the chiller was designed.In order to be able to operate more efficiently and safely,and to make the overall unbalance rate lower,energy-saving transformation of the water system was implemented.For air-conditioning and ventilation systems,a series of related energy-saving renovation plans for air-conditioning units,ventilation systems,air volume distribution and air organization,and terminal and indoor temperature and humidity adjustments have been formulated.The energy efficiency test of the experimental industrial building air conditioner was carried out before and after the implementation of the plan.After comparing the test results before and after,it was found that the design plan can significantly improve the operating energy efficiency of the industrial building air conditioner,while greatly reducing the energy consumption of the industrial building air conditioner,indicating that the design plan can play a significant role effect.
