摘要
腺嘌呤基生物金属有机框架是近年发展起来的一类新型金属有机框架材料,其多孔性和结构多样性使其在各个应用领域都有所建树,如气体吸附与分离,而腺嘌呤作为核碱基的一种更是赋予了金属有机框架材料良好的生物相容性,在医学领域有很好的应用前景。总结了近年来腺嘌呤作为有机配体或修饰材料组装成的金属有机框架材料在气体吸附与分离、催化、医学等领域的应用,并展望其研究前景。
Adenine based biometallic organic framework is a new kind of metal organic framework materials developed in recent years.Their porous and structural diversity make them have achievements in various application fields,such as gas adsorption and separation.Adenine,as a kind of nuclear base,endows metal organic frameworks of good biocompatibility and has a good application prospects for the field of medicine.The recent applications of metal organic frameworks assembled by adenine as organic ligands or modified materials in gas adsorption and separation,catalysis,medicine and other fields were summarized,and prospected the research prospects.
