摘要
目的运用Meta分析系统评价中医药对比匹维溴铵治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法系统检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、维普中文期刊数据库、万方、中国临床试验注册中心、Cochrane、Embase和PubMed等数据库,查找近三年中医药对比匹维溴铵治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT)试验,进行文献筛选、质量评价和数据提取,运用stata14.0和RevMan5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果共入选16篇文献,1461例患者。Meta分析结果显示:在提高治疗的总有效率,减轻腹痛、腹泻、腹胀症状,降低大便次数,改善大便性状,降低不良反应方面,中医药比匹维溴铵均具有优势,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在提高治疗的总有效率、减轻症状、调节肠道功能、降低不良反应等方面,中药复方比匹维溴铵具有优势。
Objective Meta analysis system was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of pinaverium bromide compared with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Methods Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI,VIP Chinese Journal Database,Wanfang,China Clinical Trial Registry Center,Cochrane,Embase and PubMed other databases were systematically searched.RCT trials of traditional Chinese medicine compared with pinaverium bromide in the treatment of patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome in recent three years were searched for literature screening,quality assessment and data extraction.Meta-analysis was performed by using statistical software Stata14.0 and Revman 5.3.Results A total of 16 references were included,including 1461 patients.Meta analysis results showed that traditional Chinese medicine had advantages improving the total effective rate of treatment in such aspects,including alleviating abdominal pain,diarrhea and abdominal distension,reducing the number of stools,improving stool characters and reducing adverse reactions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In terms of improving the total effective rate of treatment,alleviating symptoms,regulating intestinal function and reducing adverse reactions,Chinese herbal compound has advantages than pinaverium bromide.
