摘要
应用SPSS 23.0数据统计分析软件,基于沥青常规检测性能指标,使用主成分(PC)分析方法将沥青常规指标降维、归集为4个PC,利用PC贡献率建立沥青的性能综合评价公式和综合评价参数,实现不同品牌、不同批次沥青样品的性能综合对比。结果表明:石油沥青9个常规指标归集PC中,PC-1 a性能倾向高温性能,PC-2 a倾向老化性能,PC-3 a倾向延展性能,PC-4 a倾向安全性能,PC-1 a的贡献率(权重系数)最高;苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SBS)改性沥青11个常规指标归集的4个PC中,PC-1 b性能倾向于黏弹性和塑性,PC-2 b倾向安全性和老化性能,PC-3 b倾向于凝胶程度和流体性能,PC-4 b倾向于稠度和塑性;在沥青的选择上,应结合现有标准,当沥青符合标准后方可利用综合评价参数进行性能对比评价与筛选。
Principal component(PC)analysis method was applied to reduce the dimension of the conventional asphalt indexes into 4 PCs by using SPSS 23.0 data statistical analysis software on the base of the conventional testing performance index of asphalt.The comprehensive evaluation formula and evaluation parameters of asphalt performance were established by PC contribution rate and the performance comparison of different brands and batches of asphalt samples was realized.The results showed that the 9 conventional performance indexes of petroleum asphalt were classified into 4 PCs,PC-1 a performance tended to represents asphalt′s high temperature performance,PC-2 a aging,PC-3 a extend performance and at last PC-4 a safety performance;PC-1 a′s contribution coefficient(weight coefficient)was the highest.In the 4 PCs regressed from 11 conventional indexes of SBS modified asphalt,PC-1 b performance tended to represent viscoelasticity and plasticity,PC-2 b safety and aging properties,PC-3 b gel and fluid properties and PC-4 b consistency and plasticity.In selection of asphalt,the evaluation method above should be combined with the existing standards.The comprehensive evaluation parameters of asphalt performance for comparative evaluation and screening could only be adopted after the testing asphalt had met the standards.
