摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科护理对椎间盘置换术患者术后康复及生活质量的影响。方法纳入患者为我院2018年1月至2019年1月收治且行颈椎间盘置换术的患者,共计80例,结合患者采用护理措施的不同将其分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例)两组,我院为对照组患者提供常规护理,为观察组患者提供快速康复外科护理,比较两组患者并发症发生情况,术后VAS评分、JOA评分及生活质量评分。结果观察组患者只有1例切口感染的情况,并发症发生率为2.50%,而对照组则有1例尿路感染、1例深静脉血栓和4例切口感染,并发症发生率为15.00%,观察组患者并发症发生率明显较对照组更低,P<0.05。观察组患者VAS评分、JOA评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论采用快速康复外科护理为颈椎间盘置换术患者进行护理,能够促进患者术后尽快康复,保障生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life(QOL)of patients undergoing disc replacement.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients were treated in our hospital and underwent cervical disc replacement.Combined with the different nursing measures,the patients were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The patients in our hospital provided routine nursing for the patients in the control group and provided rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for the patients in the observation group.The complications,postoperative VAS score,JOA score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results There was only one case of incision infection in the observation group,and the complication rate was 2.50%.In the control group,there were 1 case of urinary tract infection,1 case of deep venous thrombosis,and 4 cases of incision infection,the complication rate was 15.00%,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The VAS score and JOA score of the patients in the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients undergoing cervical disc replacement can promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible and ensure the quality of life.
