摘要
目的研究在重症监护室(ICU)心力衰竭患者护理中应用标准化护理程序的价值。方法选取80例ICU心力衰竭患者分为对照组与干预组,对照组的护理程序为常规性,干预组的护理程序为标准化,对比两组的血压、心率及急救反应时间。结果干预组护理后的血压与心率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组救治反应时间与院内反应时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ICU心力衰竭患者应用标准化护理程度的护理价值明显,可增快急救反应速度,能改善其血压与心率,利于抢救成功与渡过危险期,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the value of standardized nursing procedures in the nursing of patients with heart failure in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods Eighty patients with heart failure in ICU were divided into control group and intervention group.The nursing procedure in the control group was routine and the nursing procedure in the intervention group was standardized.The blood pressure,heart rate and emergency response time of the two groups were compared.Results The blood pressure and heart rate in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the treatment response time and hospital response time in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized nursing degree in ICU patients with heart failure has obvious nursing value,can accelerate the emergency response speed,improve their blood pressure and heart rate,and is conducive to successful rescue and passing through the dangerous period.It is worthy of popularization and application.
