摘要
核医学的发展离不开放射性药物,随着SPECT/CT、PET/CT临床应用的逐渐普及,以及新型治疗核素的临床应用,核医学在疾病的诊疗中呈现出强大的生命力,为疾病的诊疗创造了新的可能。尤其是对神经内分泌肿瘤、前列腺癌的诊疗一体化,放射性药物的应用取得了很大的发展。放射性药物临床前进行首次临床应用是放射性药物从实验研究到临床研究的重要环节,开展好放射性药物临床前首次临床应用,能够极大促进放射性药物发展。但是,相较于在欧美等发达国家放射性药物的普遍应用,我国放射性药物的研发和应用尚处于较落后的阶段,随着八部门联合发布《医用同位素中长期发展规划(2021-2035年)》文件的出台,势必会推动我国放射性药物的研发及应用。本文就近年来放射性药物在肿瘤学、神经学领域中的首次临床应用进展进行综述。
The development of nuclear medicine is inseparable from radiopharmaceuticals.With the increas⁃ing clinical application of SPECT/CT,PET/CT,and new therapeutic radionuclides,nuclear medicine has shown great value in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.The application of radiopharmaceuticals has made great prog⁃ress particularly in theranostics for neuroendocrine neoplasms and prostate cancer.The first clinical application of radiopharmaceuticals is a key step from experimental research to clinical research.Well conducting the first clinical application of radiopharmaceuticals can greatly promote the development of radiopharmaceuticals.However,while widespread in developed countries like European countries and America,the development and application of radio⁃pharmaceuticals remain behind in China.As the eight departments jointly issued the medium and long-term devel⁃opment plan for medical isotopes(2021-2035),domestic radiopharmaceuticals are expected to have a promising out⁃look.This article reviews the progress in the first clinical application of radiopharmaceuticals in oncology and neurol⁃ogy.
