摘要
目的探讨西安市某军队三级甲等医院护士应对方式对压力知觉的影响,并检验心理弹性的调节作用。方法 2019年7—8月,采用方便抽样法抽取西安市某军队三级甲等医院258名在编护士,采用一般资料问卷、心理弹性量表、简易应对方式量表和压力知觉量表进行现场问卷调查。结果西安市某军队三甲医院护士压力知觉单因素分析中,睡眠质量、身体状况均是压力知觉的影响因素(均P<0.01)。相关分析结果显示,西安市某军队三级甲等医院护士压力知觉与心理弹性呈负相关(r=-0.671,P<0.01),与应对方式中的积极应对呈负相关(r=-0.508,P<0.01),与消极应对呈正相关(r=0.211,P<0.01)。调节分析显示,积极应对与心理弹性的二阶交互作用影响显著(P<0.01),心理弹性每增加一个标准差,压力知觉减少0.6378个单位。结论西安市某军队三级甲等医院护士压力知觉处于较高水平,要注重对护士心理弹性的培养,鼓励采取积极应对方式,以减轻护士压力知觉,提升军队护士服务能力。
Objective To explore the influence of coping style on stress perception of nurses in a military grade-A tertiary hospital in Xi’an City,test the regulatory effect of psychological resilience. Methods Using convenient sampling method,258 nurses in a military grade-A tertiary hospital in Xi’an City were selected from July to August in 2019. General information questionnaire,psy chological resilience scale,simple coping style scale and stress perception scale were used to conduct on-site questionnaire survey. Results In the single factor analysis of stress perception of nurses in a military grade-A tertiary hospital in Xi’an City,sleep quality and physical condition were the influencing factors of stress perception(both P<0.01). The results of correlation analysis showed that the stress perception of nurses in a military grade-A tertiary hospital in Xi’an City was negatively correlated with psychological resilience(r=-0.671,P<0.01),negatively correlated with positive coping(r=-0.508,P<0.01),while positively correlated with negative coping(r=0.211,P<0.01). The regulatory analysis showed that the second-order interaction between positive coping and psychological resilience was significant(P<0.01). For each standard deviation increase in psychological resilience,the stress perception decreased by 0.637 8 units. Conclusion The stress perception of nurses in a military grade-A tertiary hospital in Xi’an City is at a high level. It is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of psychological resilience of nurses and encourage them to adopt positive coping styles,so as to reduce the stress perception of nurses and improve their service ability.
