摘要
汽轮发电机转子结构设计和力学性能计算难度较大,特别是60 Hz机组,对齿部的结构强度要求更高。文章运用有限元方法建立了转子齿部、槽楔和转子线圈的三维模型。根据仿真计算,对转子结构的机械强度进行了校核,分析了转子主要破坏形式和危险位置。结果表明,现有转子的结构基本满足设计要求。
It is very difficult to design the rotor structure of turbine generators as well as to calculate the mechanical properties of the rotor,especially for the 60 Hz generator sets,in which there is much higher requirement on the structural strength of the tooth structure.3 D model of the rotor teeth,rotor slot wedges and rotor coils are established by means of the FEM.Mechanical strength of rotor structure is verified and main failure forms&dangerous position on the rotor are analyzed based upon the simulative calculation.The results show that the existing rotor structure basically meets with the design requirement.
