摘要
对中、美、欧现行规范关于钢结构截面类型及宽厚比限值的要求进行了归纳比较,利用ABAQUS有限元软件进行了单根H形钢梁考虑初始缺陷的屈曲承载力分析并与规范公式计算结果进行了对比。在此基础之上,以雄安站站房雨棚钢结构为背景,选取具有代表性的区域建立空间交叉H形钢梁精细有限元模型。对不同板件宽厚比的空间交叉H形钢梁进行了非线性屈曲承载力分析,研究了翼缘宽厚比及腹板高厚比对空间交叉H形钢梁局部稳定性和屈曲性能的影响。研究结果表明:ABAQUS模型对钢梁整体稳定性计算结果与规范公式吻合度较高,设计中采用杆件单元模型进行结构整体稳定性分析是安全合理的。考虑翼缘约束作用的H形钢梁腹板屈曲计算模型与该项目交叉钢梁有限元弹性屈曲分析结果吻合良好,结构起坡所引起的不均匀正应力是导致钢梁腹板失稳的主要因素。翼缘厚度确定后,根据上翼缘失稳与腹板局部屈曲临界值确定腹板厚度,依据S3级截面要求所控制的次梁腹板厚度是经济合理的。
This paper summarizes and compares the requirements of current design standards in China,Europe and the United States on section types and limits of width-thickness ratio of steel structures.On this basis,the canopy steel structure of Xiong’an station is taken as the background,and an ABAQUS finite element model of typical space crossed H-shaped steel beam is built.The nonlinear buckling capacity of H-shaped steel beams with different width-thickness ratios is analyzed,and the influence of width-thickness ratio of flange and height-thickness ratio of web on the local stability and buckling performance of space crossed H-shaped steel beams is studied.It shows that the calculation results of the overall stability of steel beams in ABAQUS and the standard formula match well.Therefore,it is safe and reasonable to analyze the overall stability of the structure by using the element model of the rod in design.The buckling calculation model of the H-shaped steel girder considering the flange constraint is in a good agreement with the finite element elastic buckling analysis of cross-steel beam used in the project.The uneven stress caused by the structural slope is the main reason for the instability of steel beam web.The web thickness is determined according to the upper flange instability and the critical value of local buckling of the web after the flange thickness is determined,and it is economical and reasonable to determine the web thickness according to the requirements of Grade S3.
