摘要 科研是高职院校创新发展的重要动力,教师科研能力是衡量高职院校内涵式发展水平的重要指标之一,对教师的教学能力和自我效能感的提升有着积极作用。当前,高职院校教师科研能力发展存在缺少科研意识、科研定位不清、未形成科研团队、科研随意性大、缺乏长期规划等问题。高职院校教师科研能力的提升可以从引导教师提高科研意识、有意识地锻炼从事科研所需的能力、找准科研定位,以及学校科研管理部门建立合理的科研激励机制与约束机制、将教师科研工作量纳入教学综合评议体系、搭建科研平台、组建科研团队等方面进行。教师科研能力的提升过程也是学校师资队伍质量、教学水平、办学质量、管理水平、创新能力提升的过程,是高职院校坚持走内涵式发展道路的重要举措。 Scientific research is an important driving force for the innovative development of higher vocational colleges.Teachers'scientific research ability is one of the important indicators to measure the inclusive development level of higher vocational colleges.It plays a positive role in improving teachers'teaching ability and self-efficacy.At present,there are some problems in the development of teachers'scientific research ability in higher vocational colleges,such as lack of scientific research consciousness,unclear scientific research orientation,lack of scientific research team,great randomness of scientific research,lack of long-term planning and so on.The improvement of teachers'scientific research ability in higher vocational colleges can be carried out from the aspects of guiding teachers to improve their scientific research consciousness,consciously exercising the ability required to engage in scientific research,finding out the scientific research orientation,establishing a reasonable scientific research incentive mechanism and restraint mechanism,bringing teachers'scientific research workload into the teaching comprehensive evaluation system,building a scientific research platform and establishing a scientific research team.The process of improving teachers'scientific research ability is also the process of improving the quality of teachers,teaching level,school running quality,management level and innovation ability.It is also an important measure for higher vocational colleges to adhere to the connotative development path.
