摘要
从当下的化工生产来说,安全管理是不可忽视的,而要保证管理目标切实达成,必须要将应用管理系统、应急响应机制构建起来。这两者间存在紧密的关联性,通过管理系统能够使得现行的安全制度能够在生产过程中得到有效落实,而应急响应机制执行到位就可保证突发状况处理效果更为理想。相关人员必须要保证两者能够形成良好的配合关系,保证化工生产的安全性有大幅提升。
From the current chemical production,safety management cannot be ignored,but to ensure the management objectives,the application management system and emergency response mechanism must be constructed.There is a close correlation between the two,through the management system can make the current safety system can be effectively implemented in the production process,and the emergency response mechanism implementation can ensure a more ideal emergency processing effect.Relevant personnel must ensure that the two can form a good cooperative relationship,so as to ensure that the safety of chemical production has be greatly improved.
